December 15, 2009 Updates

As of today December 15, 2009., the Peak Demand in the Mindanao Grid
has reached the level of 1,300 MW as predicted by this author six months
ago.

With the Available Capacity of 1,366 MW. There is a reserve of 66 MW.

Undesecretary Zamzamin Ampatuan confirms this author's statement that
there in no power shortage in the Mindanao Grid as espoused by vested
interest's groups.

Davao City Council Chooses water over power in denying Hedcor Tamugan's
request for an endorsement..

As I have already pointed out in the various foras, a win-win solution is the
best if the contending parties will meet in between, however even if there
is an agreement... there should absolutely be no diversion of any portion
of the rivers.
